Does anyone have any inside track with advisor media and can help with a problem I have?
After having lapsed for a year or so, I bought a new subscription to FPA two months ago (really bad timing!). This was acknowledged and my card debited $139. However, I never received the password to go with my user name to get online access to articles. At the time I wasn't too worried as I thought it would come with my first paper copy of the mag, in a few weeks. Then the news came that they had merged all the mags into one and were only publishing online. Since then I've been trying to get online access with total lack of success. I've tried: - emailing (several times, from the form on the website and directly). No response. - writing by snailmail. No response. - phoning. All there is now is an answerphone asking you to leave a message... Does anyone know what's happening there? Have they been bought out by scammers like Foxtalk? Are they still publishing? Anyone know if the previous FPA editors are still involved?
