Oh, sure, you've got one of those bi-color printers! Mine only prints black, and I have to pay extra to get paper that's already white!!! Maybe I'm not answering the right question here. (I may not be the first; that's a clue.) Do you know how to assign colors to the report elements? Are you seeing colors when you preview the report? Do you know you have to clear the report header parameters so that the client's printer will print colors? Do you have remote access into the client's workstation? Sometimes it's handy to troubleshoot on their machines... -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
