It turns out that it doesn't matter if I have instructions on the email if I get a complaint that goes to the ISP. They shut down servers with complaints whether they are valid or not. I have had a total of three complaints. None of them clicked the link to be removed from the list. They just reported the email as spam and that was it. Fortunately, the various companies do seem to have a means to process these complaints. I just needed them to come to ME so that my ISP won't shut my server down.
