I hear you and can relate.  I bid on 3+ projects at the end of 2006 and 
expected to get one of them....I ended up getting all 3 of them.  It 
sucks not being able to deliver in as timely a fashion as I'd like.  And 
the money was already spent on some outsourcing, so it sucks that I'm 
still on the hook to finish this work without any further remuneration.  
Lesson learned.
