MS has often had the bad habit of including a full uncompressed bitmap
embedded in their software -- that's what killed General fields, among
other things. I'd be willing to bet you have a 24-bit-color (3 bytes
per pixel) picture at around 2000x1500; nah, that still only adds up
to 9 Mb!

The trick here after grabbing the screenshot with PrtSc or Alt-PrtSc
is to paste it into Paint and save it as PNG. That will give you good
resolution and a much compressed picture that nearly anyone can read.

A better solution is to buy one of the good screen grabber programs
that can do this for you.
