That's true if all that matters for this decision is one project, but
the choice of a major  language/dev tool comes with much broader
implications and has to take into account the companies other and future
projects as well as the one being considered, not to mention being able
to take advantage of new opportunities. And Nick is talking about a 10
year period of time. No matter how hard we try, we can't collect
requirements for that scenario. As Nick posted, it's a "Crystal Ball"
question, and I'm agreeing. This is one for the visionaries.
