Hi Paul, > Even with your suggestions (TwoFox, scX), I still foresee problems with this monolithic VCX !
yes, if you store the VCX file in the repository. Less, but still some, when you store just the text file. The problem with storing text, of course, is that the process is more complex. You need to make sure that the conversion process is running. For TwoFox this means you would need to trigger it manually. scX performs this in the background. The problem here is that you need to make sure the it keeps running. The size of the VCX file doesn't make a difference for TwoFox, because TwoFox generates one text file per class to minimize merge conflicts and provide class based history. -- Christof _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
