Not really. Nuclear material is not all created equal. That used for
generation is nowhere near weapons grade. It will make you sick or kill you
with unprotected exposure, but it won't go BANG!That's why Iran is trying to
convince us that their energy program poses no threat. On the other hand, if
you have that much oil, why do you need nukes?
