Unless I missed something, these mini-nukes are still 6 by 20 feet, according
to the article, which would give them room to protect the radioactive material.
They could even place it partially under ground. They would at least need to
be strong enough to keep a runaway eighteen wheeler from cracking them open...
so it would take more than a stick of dynamite controlled by a laptop... or
fuse... or timer.
