Rick:  I haven't read all the posts here so I don't know if anyone 
mentioned this, but my situation is a little different.  I have always 
paid for Winzip and when there is an upgrade I installed it.  This 
recent update launched me right into the trial period.  I contacted 
Winzip and they told me I could get a discount, but that I had to pay. 
I didn't see that anywhere in the upgrade and I had to recontact them to 
find out how much it is.  I won't be using Winzip any more.
