Thanks for the info, Rick. I have to admit that based on the apparent 
non-responsiveness from MS on the bugs reported in SP2, it's starting to 
feel like they had come to an internal decision to be more proactive <s> 
with their "neglect" of the product. Hopefully you'll get some positive 
information back from Milind.
