Have them grant 'everyone' full access to c:\Program Files\MB Software 
Solutions.

Where are you storing your temp files? Make sure that directory has full 
access to "everyone" as well.

Not that "full access to everyone" is necessarily what you want to end 
up with, but at least it'll help you find which directories/files are 
causing issues. And it may be just fine, for this specific need, as long 
as it is documented.
