Hi Michael! It is the drugs talking. Years ago he and another guy had an on-list feud with a third guy whose initials were JVP but he (Bill) is so fried that he doesn't remember the guy's correct initials. He (Bill) went so far as to post a poll on Ed's website as to how many of us would support tossing the guy off of the list, with a predictable result of negligible response.
