Little problem with language though. It should be called "assured suicide", but worse, like those parents that when they decide to die they first kill the whole family, just crazy. I will still be crazy no matter how many acronyms you use or how many serious looking medal covered crazy generals say it is sound. Mind you, killing your enemy may be ok.
