You actually did and do. There are international tribunals. US has never
accepted jurisdiction over their own people.
Your troops were not able to do conjunct (?) maneuvers with ours last
year because your country wanted immunity from our law in our land for
your soldiers, we didn't "pander". Other countries in the region did.
