True, I always try to remember it is always just people murdering people. Armies try to give other impression, but that has to do with the manipulation of masses. > And, we in the U.S.A. have the most lethal, devastating war machine of all -- > not bragging, > it is a fact. We the U.S. can annihilate any country on this planet - quickly, I might add. Now be honest. What would you've thought ten years ago if I told you Pakistan or India had Nukes? Honestly. How would you have expected them to act. Nevertheless they haven't used them, they haven't even destroyed a couple of tiny little cities as you did. And there have been conventional actions between them. Now, who do you think has acted more responsibly, them or the US? > > Iraq is what it is because we did mismanage affairs after going in > dismantling the Hussein/Iraq > military machine (no bragging rights there, Iraq had nothing), but we did not apply military > force like some other societies would have if they had the same capabilities. > > We have learned it is very, very difficult to have war and retain > infrastructure and usability > -- much easier to go in and annihilate and ask questions later, but the U.S. does not operate > on that kind of philosophy. Really? Anyway, what use could you possibly give to radioactive oil fields? BTW, you talk as if we should praise you for NOT committing atrocities (questionable, see Bush fighting for the use of "submarine"). But that should be NORMAL, not something to be praised. > > Am I rambling or have I made sense here? You are making sense. It's just we see the world in different ways. _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
