Can you run Ghost again and see how it behaves now for both the backup
and restore?

You do know that v9 requires .net framework 1.1 and if you've installed
any upgrades, that will screw up Ghost V9 since it depends on ONLY 1.1.
I had a big problem with this, but have since recovered.

Can you restore individual files from the bad ghost backups using the
image browser?

Could be the .net conflict?

Having recovered from the .net-induced problem, I've created images and
restored some files here and there. Been very happy with ease of use and
results. I have NOT had to do a full drive restore yet (lucky). I keep
the ghost image on a separate drive, figuring the probability of losing
two drives at once is very unlikely. But I also have Nero DVD backups
as well.
