...and then depending on the complexity of those extra requests for 
scope change, you say "sure, I can do that for you" and look like the 
hero on little things, but sometimes you have to be the dick (to 
them....to us, the voice of reason!) and say "sorry, but that's outside 
the scope of what we agreed upon....that's gonna cost xxx extra."
