Cheapest I could find is $1,800 then it jumps to $19,000. The cheapest I
could find where I used to live outside Seattle is $169,950

Hi Adam!

Did you see any in Sarasota Florida? When I bought my place I asked the
agent 
for the least expensive property she could show me. I paid $27,500
furnished 
in 1991. I recently converted to a $100,000 reverse mortgage.
