I'd respectfully disagree, on a number of aspects. PSPad is an IDE,
where NotePad++ is an editor. NotePad++ is a Windows implementation of
the Open Source Scinitilla Text Editor, where PSPad is freeware
Windows-only binary that "promises" to be free of malware.

And everyone knows if you really want a feature-filled editor, you
can't beat emacs <s>.
