When I looked into the bio-diesel a while back, I found that there are co-ops that do all the dirty work and sell the fuel. The problem then (I haven't checked in a while) was the price was about the same as regular gas. It is not simple to do and it is a messy job. I first saw it done on that Dirty Jobs TV show. David L.
