Hi Kristyne! It was what I posted in my first response to the thread. Here in Florida that is what is happening. There is construction going on ALL the time. They finish one section, the section they did a couple of years ago has crumbled because the binder has leached out. Of course, it rains a lot here. If we have a couple of dry years the pattern slows down a little.
