How do you know it is 2 years? How do you know it is the binder? How do you know it is wetness causing the problem? Is it perhaps salt spray? Is it the natural order of things? Out here our roads are resurfaced every couple of years. If they don't prepare the under-surface correctly the road crumbles from below because of water pushing UP from underneath. And the crumbling is the asphalt, not some other kind of surface. So I'm just wondering where the facts come from, just to understand whether they are recollections or something that has actually been recorded.
