I got to busy to replay again.  I was going to explain the verse but other
fun stuff was happening over the weekend.  Sorry

In general you have to give yourself over to your faith.  They didn't want
squatters or people to sit on the fence at the time of the writing, it was
more a grassroots movement that needed people to hit the streets and press
the flesh, or laying on of hands.  :)
