I'm very surprised that so many men don't understand that a womanizer by definition knows how to appeal to women. The sexist charges by supporters have to do with the name calling and the ridicule against Clinton that would never have been tolerated if they were race-based instead of gender-based. Names such as "Her Thighness", calling her a bitch, ridiculing the laugh and calling it a "cackle" -- There were thousands of incidents and it seemed like everyone got on board. But make a comment that could somehow be construed as racially biased, and the whole world condemned it. Black men could vote and own property decades before women, although true voting rights everywhere took until the 60's to get codified into law. The civil rights act passed, and the ERA languished for lack of 2 more states ratifying it. Sexism remains far more pervasive than racism. Society has improved, but 'bitch' jokes and 'fat' jokes remain the most societally acceptable forms of non-pc ridicule.
