And that is why so many people are trying to get into the US, both legally and illegally. Is that the case in Denmark? If you like that system, go there... just don't try to impose it on those of us who value freedom over freebies. I had a friend who recently passed away who came from Denmark. Have any idea why? He didn't like the choices he was given from his 50% tax payments. Beyond that, and no offense to individual Danes, if Denmark as a nation accomplished even a small portion of what the US has, it may be a viable model. Just remember how the Danish army turned back Adolf Hitler and saved Belgium, France, Holland and the rest. Oh yes it wasn't the Danes... it was the US along with the Brits!
