I hope that day never comes. If we legalize drugs, they would still be
illegal for teenagers, so the group we are dealing with today, the most,
would still be doing crimes. People who are allowed to imbibe these
substances, would do so, then drive the highways, killing people - just like
today. I don't see decriminalization as any kind of answer. What we should
do, is give all the drugs away - and only poison half of it.

I know there is other carnage. However, I believe a lot of it is due to the
fact that drugs are criminalized. I believe a lot of the crime would
disappear if the so-called 'recreational' drugs were regulated instead of
