Oh, that's logical. I've got skin cancer, so why not get prostate cancer
too! I mean, if you have one bad thing, two can only make it better. We
should also decriminalize all crimes, then we wouldn't have ANY crime. As
for bootlegging, it still goes on. You forget, I live in Tennessee. 

Even with alcohol being "legal", it isn't legal for teenagers. So your
theory about legalizing it doesn't work. The teenagers are the ones who
drive this stuff anyway. 

As for people seeking treatment, that is laughable. I've got a better plan -
behavior modification. Lock them up, for increasingly longer periods of
time, and over time they will stop, be in prison for the rest of their life,
or they will leave the area, which is also a good thing.
