My gut reaction would be to tell the guy "Since you're one of the valued 
clients who first supported Fabmate.. yadayadayada.... I'll do it for an 
hourly rate THIS ONE TIME, but anything further has to be as per the 
current Fabmate support agreement."

Totally up to you, of course.
