Hi Michael!

Surprisingly not. The bankruptcy law changed a couple of years ago, at
the request of the credit "industry" and no one on the internet knows
what to do anymore. Of course, the wording of the law is
incomprehensible, even to the lawyers.

I went to a lawyer about bankruptcy and he said I was too broke to file.
I went to another and he said I could file for $300 but I would still
have to pay the lawyer. I went to a third one and he said the bankruptcy
lawyer has to be paid for out front since once you file the lawyer's fee
is dischargeable!

Meanwhile, they keep hammering at you. I had one bank draw my mortgage
money out of my credit union account. I changed the account number so
they can't do that again. I will never give them another cent!
