Actually, this wasn't for MBSS but for someone else who's using my services part time. But your points are still good ones. As for support timeline, I don't publish 2015 on the site, but I do cite it in contracts for legal protections beyond 2015 as well as to give them confidence that I back it up (support wise) until 2015 if they're under a support contract from MBSS.
