Hi Bob! Yes. Remarkable about the Down syndrome child also. Over 90% of these are aborted, yet some of them are born and do reasonably well. Most are retarded but some have notable achievements. The Down child may have as little as 35% of the mental ability as the average person BUT most people only use 10% of their brain.
