When we added another phone to my family plan my wife did the call for
it. She was asked to add another "service" that would combine all of
our text and internet into a single fee for all phones on plan.

Well #2 son ran up a usage of just under 100 in data alone.

Turns out that the plan for all phones was NOT real and that it was
for only the phone we were just adding.

I was available for the phone call and I asked my wife 3 times to
verify what was being added.

When bill came in I didn't want to pay the fees and they removed them
from the bill. Also removed the usage fee as well for that phone for
my mom. She can barely use a phone, and she will not do the internet
or email.
