He said that he tried to page me the next day and I didn't call him back. I didn't use a pager at that time. Regardless, I couldn't see what that had to do with the 6 hours of time I spent in his office. I know I should have taken him to small claims court but I didn't feel like going through that hassle and I wrote it off instead. These days I would have turned it over to collections, now that one of my associations has collectors available.
