It really doesn't matter what the rest of the world thinks. If America was so bad, we wouldn't have people trying to sneak into the country by the millions.
All the silly numbers you hear like "America has 40 million uninsured people" all include about 12-16 Million illegal aliens in those numbers. So really we have about 24 million uninsured in a country of 300 million. Not bad. I don't want to pay for illegal alien health care.
