- IT Standards for the organization
- Absolutely guarantees everyone will run the same EXE (no local copies on 
workstation with previous
bugs because launcher failed)
- Simpler deployments
- Diskless workstations
- Because they can?

Not sure why people insist on absolutes. Different strokes for different folks. 
Knowing all your
choices in advance makes you able to discuss all options and help guide 
customers to best solution
for their requirements.
