gret add on for Outlook that personalizes the who sent you this very well.

For me it manages files that these people send and keep updating.
Using mail for this is so stupid at times when they keep changing
their mind.

You need to know who sent you the email for this app.


Or LookOut will search the entire .pst real fast if you don't know who
sent it to you.
