Sounds like my apps too. I've used that in the past telling the customer (who complained about the price), "well, I can see you've been using it several times daily for the past 4 years, so I'd say you've gotten your monies worth out of it." I also like to know who's using it from a sense of what works well and what really isn't being accessed/used. The main purpose though is for bug tracking, because I want to know instantly when the software has a problem, because I like to be right on top of that and provide great support (...helps to justify a maintenance contract). Paul, do you enforce seat licenses at client sites? I'm going towards just a site license now, so they can use it on as many PCs as they'd like connecting to the same server database. Much less hassle on me for license enforcement. _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
