Gil - I'd suggest a quick test...

set up a table in sql server exactly like the 'other one' in sql server,
but don't put any triggers or RI in it at all.

Try the CSV import again, using the newly created sql table.

If you get 100 percent on the record count, then the original sql table is
suspect - there's a trigger or RI rule that's throwing out the records in
the original import.
