I have been known to dual-post in both ProFox and ProLinux for this very
reason (for those cross-pollinating FoxHeads that are doing Linux also).  It
has been, unfortunately, quite a while since I have posted anything to
ProLinux.  I guess once I kicked off the training wheels I have not had any
real issues that I could not handle either on my own, hacking through the
jungle, or by checking Ubuntu forums and Google.
