Sorry, I get tech support via Ubuntu forums and Google searches.  But for 54
bit I use either:

http://www.orangesunshine.com/

or

www.purplehaze.com

Both have been in business since the 60s, and quite good at what they do.
Their web sites are a little flighty at times, one at times looks like a
valid site, the other amazingly enough is not a taken domain name, and at
times looks like it almost wants to work - but gets distracted.
