Since you and I are both AT&T users we can call each other's cell phone and
not burn any minutes.  How cool! <g>...

I think if I were to upgrade my plan to get more (rollover) minutes
accumulated I retain my current Rollover balance.  Only when a person goes
down do they go to 0 Rollover, and start all over again...
