Hi Steve, I had always used the default, which is about a third of the 640 x 480, and never paid any attention. Nobody ever used it anyway. Nowadays they all want to use Blackberry and iPhone if any tech solution at all, but they really just want to scribble on a paper form and forget it. One doc told me he had been advised by his lawyer to only keep the minimum records, and as indecipherable as possible at that.
