I've made it basically include support PLUS updates...makes it easier 
administration for me.  But I like your idea.  I'll probably go with 
that...but telling him that if he wants changes, he'll have to take teh 
latest release and get on that update wagon.  I do NOT want to create a 
new fork in development to do this dude's personal agenda...at least not 
under a general support contract.
