Hi Kurt, I was already up working on other projects, so it's not like this guy is keeping me up. Also, the 24 hrs of support means a total of 24 hours for the year, not 24/7. Basically, 2 hrs/month. That way, he can't take advantage and work me 100 hours for the price of 24.
