That would be a 'compiler' with a few languages associated to it and an IDE. And this was backed up by tons of money? And only 50/50 chance?!?! And you would complain on an open source OPERATING SYSTEM which is 20 yo but stable for the last 10 years? I can't see money injection made much of a difference. More so if you consider all this money and effort to be at the whim of management not users.
