Of course they should!
You are not thinking properly.
If they get hold of resources it is because someone is giving those
resources to them, this is usually because they are giving something in
return (their work for example), so it's just capitalism at work. Now,
if you don't want competition from them, you are being socialist, you
want the state to interfere in a free market. If you are a *true*
capitalist you will welcome competition, it will improve the quality of
services and lower their price.
Now when you say resources you may be referring to social security,
social medicine and stuff. YOU DON'T HAVE ANY!!!!! So why worry?
If they are using services (light, phone, etc) they are *paying* for them.
