My kids use this extra laptop that I learned apparently did NOT have up to
date virus protection. Ugh. So now we get something called AntiVir Pro
windows popping up everywhere trying to get us to buy it, and often
windows trying to go out to p0rno.com or other adult sites. Nice. (Not)

I've got the latest Avast and Malware Bytes softwares on there but neither
is detecting this nuisance. Often when I try to run something I can't and
the pop-up says that the RUNDLL32.EXE is infected.

Short of wiping this computer and/or reinstalling Windows (XP), what can I
do?
