Mie, I forgot to say on NO ACCOUNT stop the process and cleaning once it has started, the program does warn you about this and make sure you disable any virus protection you do have before you run it. It should take about 20-25 minutes to run and it does it using a dos command prompt so don;t expect a fancy GUI.
This is THE first thing I run on any machine which is adware infected and it has been 100% successful in all circumstances of about 75 or so machines.
