Ramsay is having problems at the moment... he's expanded too far, too fast and whilst his food is exceptional.. (Took my wife to his flagship restaurant on our anniversary) it's getting too much.
Anyone however who meets his standards and learns from him will have a great grounding in how to run a seriously top restaurant.
