Ramsay is having problems at the moment... he's expanded too far, too
fast and whilst his food is exceptional.. (Took my wife to his flagship
restaurant on our anniversary) it's getting too much. 

Anyone however who meets his standards and learns from him will have a
great grounding in how to run a seriously top restaurant. IIRC the first
winner turned down the chance of a restaurant, for a couple of years
working at Gordon Ramsays restaurant thinking that he'd stand a better
chance of making it after that time but wasn't able to take the heat of
a 3 star restaurant...
